LongCovidJourney.com is an independent patient-led educational resource focused on Long Covid, post-viral illness, dysautonomia, PEM, brain fog, pacing, and invisible illness. We welcome respectful messages from patients, carers, clinicians, researchers, journalists, and organisations interested in Long Covid education and awareness.
Many people arrive here after months of uncertainty, fluctuating symptoms, or difficulty finding explanations that fully reflect what they are experiencing.
If you are living with long covid symptoms, reaching out can feel harder than it should. This space exists to allow contact, reflection, and connection not to provide medical advice, but to acknowledge how complex and often unclear Long COVID can feel.
